I may have missed the memo/article that details its conception. But the name ‘Kwalee’, is there a story behind that, or was it one of those 3am middle-of-the-night can’t-get-this-word-out-of-my-head discoveries?
It means social multiplayer games in an aboriginal language. Or it might have been the name of David’s Grandfather’s boat, the aboriginal for “wait for me”. Which also ties in with the whole turn-based gaming concept, as Brucey would probably point out.
